Supplier Briefing for Contract R5007 Welfare Resilience Processing Services

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is proposing to hold a Supplier Briefing Session on Monday 16th May 2016, for the re-tender of the council’s Welfare Processing Services Contract. The Council will be looking to appoint a supplier to provide remote Processing services for Welfare Payments which the Council pays out to households qualifying for help with the cost of Housing and Council Tax Benefits and other welfare payments processed by the Council. Bidders are expected to be able to demonstrate an actual track record and experience of remote processing services. Supplier Briefing Session The Council intends on holding a supplier briefing session on: Date: Monday 16th May 2016, Time: 12 midday until 1pm Place: Tower Hamlets Council Mulberry Place, Clove Crescent, E14. The Purpose of this event is to inform the market of the Council's intent to re-tender the remote processing contract for Welfare payments and the processes and requirements that will need to be followed and met to tender for this opportunity.
