It is the Schools' expectation that the supplier shall provide a range of good quality, nutritious, attractively presented meals for pupils and staff, that comply with Government's minimum nutritional and food based standards for the educational sector. Meals should reflect growth in healthy eating trends, promote uptake and comply with the new Ofsted guidance for catering. The Contract will include all food and staff provision to support the delivery of the catering services requirement including the purchasing of light equipment. This tender is being conducted in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Contract Regulations 2015 (Social and Other Specific Services).
