Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a content management system with web portal. The requirement is for a product that enables the Council to meet its statutory requirements in relation to the provision of information and advice to the citizens of the County, under the title of Nottinghamshire Help Yourself. This includes requirements as laid out in The Care Act 2014, the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Childcare Act 2006. The contract will initially be for use by Nottinghamshire County Council. By mutual agreement the framework will also be open to use by other public sector bodies within the East Midlands, Newark and Sherwood District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Broxtowe Borough Council, Gedling District Council, Ashfield District Council, Nottingham City Council, Mansfield District Council, the Coal Authority, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, Nottinghamshire Police Service. Lincolnshire County Council, Derbyshire County Council, Leicestershire County Council, Northamptonshire County Council and associated Districts in the named Counties. The contract will be open to all Clinical Commissioning Groups in the East Midlands. The framework contract will initially be for a period of 4 years commencing 1.4.2016. The initial call off contract for Nottinghamshire County Council will be 3 years with an option to extend for up to 7 years on an annual basis.
