Hospitality, Event Management and Property Management Solution

Tender description

Wilton Park is seeking a hospitality solution with functionality for event management, conference and banqueting and property management. The solution must have electronic point of sale (EPOS) functionality with integration to related chip & pin hardware and the merchant acquirer. The solution must integrate with our existing CRM Dynamics database and the provider must have experience with this type of integration. The solution must also integrate with a proprietary VOIP phone system. The contract will be subject to review and possible extension after the expiry date is reached.
