Tender description

Works to include the removal and replacement of existing electrical distribution. Replace all aged electrical distribution equipment and all hard wiring, power outlets and lighting. Introduce smart lighting controls and dimming with energy efficient advantages. The installation works to include classrooms, sports halls, administration, kitchen and circulation areas. The replacement / installation of new data cables and face plates. The making good of disturbed surfaces including the decoration of all areas. The works are to be phased to ensure minimum disruption to the school.
