Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the Independent Living and Adult Services Refurbishment Works. The works will include but not be limited to Independent Living Schemes (Sheltered accommodation) Adult Services accommodation both Residential and Day Centre, and other sites where similar communal works for the improvement of buildings is required during the Contract period. The contract period will be for the period 1.4.2016 to 31.3.2019 with an option to extend for a period of 1 year from 1.4.2019 and for a further 1 year from 1.4.2020. Nottingham City Homes may terminate the contract on the 31.3.2019 or at any time thereafter on not less than 1 month's notice subject to satisfactory performance reviews. Nottingham City Homes may also terminate the Contract at any time during the Contract period on not less than 1 month's Notice in the event of a material Breach of Contract as defined in English Law.
