Bron Afon Community Housing are looking to appoint a number of contractors to support the delivery of repairs maintenance and improve our tenants homes in and around the Torfaen area. Bron Afon Community Housing are looking for a suitable qualified carpenter to deliver works to our properties. Bron Afon Community Housing are looking for suitable qualified plumbers to undertake works / repairs to our properties. Bron Afon Communtiy Housing are looking for suitable qualified contractors to deliver works relating to brick laying. We are looking for experienced painters and decorators to undertake a variety of internal and external decorating work. We are looking for suitably qualified electricians to undertake all wiring / electrical / PAT testing work for our properties. We are looking for suitably qualified plasterers to undertake work on a variety of properties. Please note this may be touch up work as well as larger work of re-plastering entire properties. We are looking for qualified contractors who can fulfil a variety of gas / heating jobs for our properties. Please note this work may require gas cooker installations to boiler maintenance and repair. All building work to be undertaken by an experienced contractor. We are looking for suitably qualified contractors who can undertake a variety of drainage works. This may be blocked drains or it could be blocked sewerage. We are looking for contractors to undertake a variety of roof works for our properties. Please note works may entail repair work or new roof. Please be advertised that contractors must be able to provide their own scaffold for jobs. We are looking for suitably qualified contractors who are able to fulfil our requirement to repairing windows and doors to our properties. Please note this may also include replacement of window and doors. A number of our tenants require adaptations works to be undertaken to their homes. This lot work may include door widening, ramp work, drop curbs, and refurbishments of the property. We will require suitable experienced contractors to undertake this work. We require a suitably qualified contractor to fulfil our requirements of stair lifts, through floor lifts and bath lifts. Please note this work will cover new products, to maintenance, repairs including parts and servicing. There also maybe a requirement for hoists. We are looking for contractors who are able to provide services to our electronic doors across the borough. This may include new doors, servicing and repairs. We are looking for contractors who are able to provide works that will relate to timber. We are looking for contractors who are able to maintain and service our passenger lifts for our complexes. We are looking for contractors who are able to undertake small repair work to external wall insulation. We may also require hacking off and repair. We are looking for service providers who will undertake a service of pest control issues, such as rats, mice, bees, wasps etc. We may also require removal of syringes located within and outside of our properties. A number of our complexes requires CCTV, we are looking for contractors who are able to provide new equipment and also maintain existing ones. We require suitable contractors to provide repairs and installation of aerials to a number of our complexes. We are looking for qualified contractors who can undertake commercial heating across our properties. We are looking for contractors who can provide metal/welding services for our organisation. Some of our tenants have installed wood burners in the properties. We know require contractors to clean/service them. We are looking for contractors to mend and service Saniflo units including emergencies and warranty repairs. We are looking for contractors who are able to provide white goods repairs for our tenants. We are looking for contractors who will be able to provide all services/works listed above. Please note we will not allow for sub contracting. Bron Afon Community Housing is looking for suitable contractors to fulfil our multi discipline lot which covers all maintenance and repairs for our properties. Please note this lot will require all contractors to be able to full fill all areas of work. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a variety of works for planned services.
