The Authority was seeking a partner to obtain funding and then design, build and operate a specialised housing with care scheme (including the provision of care and support), suitable for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment at the site of the former The Atherstone Centre, North Street,Atherstone CV9 1JN.
