Tender description
The purpose of this PIN is to inform the market of Highways England's intent to appoint a dedicated Roll-out Contractor, enabling the Company to engage with the market and, based on that engagement, then confirm: a. The scope of services to be provided; b. The method of procurement we will use, including the timeframe, eligibility and the approach to selection; c. The duration of the contract; d. The relationship with the CHARM ATMS System Provider; e. The relationship with the Contractors who will provide first and second line support for the ATMS; and f. The relationship with Highways England in-house teams and its service providers for estates and hardware provision.
