We are looking for professional office cleaning services for 9 of our mainland Scotland locations from Inverness in the north of Scotland to Selkirk in the Borders. The contract will be expected to provide the provision of office cleaning requirements which are to include internal and external window cleaning at height (i.e. over 2m), entrance door mats replaced monthly, occasional carpet cleaning, deep cleans and other associated services. 4 of these locations include toilets. The contract is to also include: The provision of all consumables, including good-quality toilet tissue, liquid / foam soap, centre-feed towels for kitchen areas for all locations that require cleaning; The provision of on site, confidential waste shredding to all 15 locations; The provision of feminine hygiene, including sanitary vending machines, sanitary disposal and the duty of care to 4 of the locations; The hire, installation, maintenance and testing of hi-speed hand dryers (not currently fitted) for all toilets within locations where the toilets are to be included in the cleaning.
