Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to carry out reactive maintenance on non-domestic properties in the Perth and Kinross Council area. The Lots in the Framework Agreement will be as follows: Builder Works (including height specialist works). Carpenter and Joiner Work (including glazier works). Single Ply roofing. Plumber Work — Building. Heating and ventilation Work. Electrical Work. Blacksmith Work. Floor Covering work. Painting and decorating. More detailed information on the trades is available in Appendix A — Trade Distribution. It is anticipated that a single contractor will be appointed to each Lot with the exception of the Lot 1 Builder Works where, due to the volume of work in that category, three contractors will be required. Award of works to contractors appointed to Lot 1 will be made with consideration to contractor capacity, our requirements to instruct work and the efficient and logical use of resources.
