RSSB are seeking independent advice and input to Office of Rail and Road (ORR) regulatory review which is expected to start in May 2016 and conclude in autumn 2016. The outcomes for the work package that we are tendering for are: 1. To work with RSSB in producing a written report in response to the review 2. To provide strategic advice to the RSSB Board
