LMETB invite tenders for the purchase and associated costs with providing 2 no. double prefabricated classroom (each unit approximately 100m2) at Youthreach Progression/HiWay, Dan Shaw Road, Navan, Co. Meath. LMETB request price for two options: • Second hand units • New units to comply with current regulations Your tender should include full specification of proposed prefabricated building and I refer you to TGD001 for Temporary Accommodation http://www.education.ie/en/School-Design/Technical-Guidance- Documents/Current-Technical-Guidance/bu_tgd_001.pdf The tender should also include: • All necessary site works • Water supply, ESB, fire alarm and data links to be connect to existing building • 4 no. Data points must be connected back to existing comms cabinet • Footpaths and ramps to be DAC compliant • Handrail to be included • Full electric fit out to include electric storage heaters, lighting to suit the building, emergency lighting and exit signs to comply with regulations. Sufficient sockets to be included • All delivery, transportation and installation costs. The contract will be awarded on the basis of lowest price.
