Public Relations Services for the SFPA

Tender description

The Authority intends to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Public Relations Services that will assist the Authority to provide media relations, crisis management and event management support. This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the SFPA and invites suitably qualified PR Consultancy service providers to assist with improving two-way communication between the Authority and its public. The PR Consultancy will be required to work with the SFPA to create, maintain and protect the Authority’s reputation, enhance its prestige and present a favourable image overall. As well as dealing with reactive media relations and crises issues, proactive public relations should play a vital role in work undertaken by the chosen PR consultancy as this will create an opportunity to highlight achievements, personnel and news that will engage the public and ultimately result in increase public awareness and a positive perception. Tenderers are also directed to review requirements as laid down in Appendix 1. Tenderers must demonstrate that the proposed Public Relations Services are a core activity of the current business.
