Provision for a Dynamic Purchasing System for Passenger Transport Services

In order to make the sourcing of all transport needs more efficient & effective, the ?Authority? is seeking to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services. A DPS is a completely electronic procurement system which allows authorities to make repeat purchases from the market of commonly used works, goods or services. The Authority evaluates all PQQ submissions and admits to the DPS all those who satisfy the Authority?s minimum selection criteria. There is no limit on the number of bidders admitted to the DPS, and all bidders who meet the Authority?s stated selection criteria will be admitted. Bidders can apply for admission to the DPS at any time. This means a bidder that is initially unsuccessful could re-apply if it later meets the criteria.
