Prior Information Notice for Process and System Change Partner

Tender description

The purpose of this prior information notice is to advise the market of an upcoming procurement being undertaken Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC). The aim of the procurement will be to secure a Change Partner; which will be responsible for the review and rationalisation of a number of IT systems and SBC core processes associated. This is in order to optimise the process and operating efficiency across the Council. Additionally, the Change Partner will also be responsible for any subsequent implementation required as part of the streamlining of ongoing practises. The overriding aim is to make the processes and systems more efficient across the Council, adopting a more consolidated approach, which will be of significant importance in the assisting the Council to meet its future savings targets.
