HIGHWAY TERM MAINTENANCE HM5 – HIGHWAYS GROUND MAINTENANCE

Tender description

This Contract will be for the provision of a grounds maintenance service for adopted highway land. In general this work comprises: • Maintenance of Grassed Areas; • Maintenance of Shrub beds (including perennials and evergreens); • Maintenance of Hedges; • Maintenance of Rose Beds; • Maintenance of Raised Planters. These items include for areas to be cleared of litter and other detritus. It does NOT include arboriculture works. Works have been specified to be undertaken a certain number of times per year, however, with regard to grass cutting items have been included in the Price List for additional cuts to be undertaken if instructed by the Overseeing Organisation. Again with regard to grass cutting items have been included within the Price List for the collection of cuttings if instructed by the Overseeing Organisation. Keywords: GROUNDS, MAINTENANCE
