Tender description

Anglian Water Services Limited requires a Metering Service for its half-hourly fiscal electricity metering systems. The initial contract period is 5 years with 3 1-year extension options. The total contract term is not to exceed 8 years in total. The requirement covers the following:- — Half Hourly Meter Operations — including, but not limited to installation, operation, maintenance, periodic re-certification and health and safety checks as required. It also includes Assisting in the connection of new and upgraded supplies and making temporary isolations of half-hourly electricity supplies. Half Hourly Data Collection — including, but not limited to reading of the meters (remotely or, if necessary, manually), collection of metered data and presentation of data to the appointed energy supplier(s) Half Hourly Data Aggregation — for the purposes of the Balancing and Settlement Code. Half Hourly Data Provision — including, but not limited to provision of all half hourly metered electricity data to Anglian Water and it's agents on a ‘Day-plus-one’ basis We may wish to consider adding ad-hoc metering services for so-called ‘sub-meters’, such as those recording the output of our wind-turbines.
