Tender description

The Councils require the provision of a free impartial information, advice and support service on all aspects of fuel poverty and energy efficiency to help alleviate fuel poverty, improve the energy efficiency of housing, maximise residents' income and reduce carbon emissions, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service’). This Service shall be provided to all tenures, including council tenants, Registered Social Landlord tenants, private rented sector tenants, private sector landlords and owner occupiers.
