Tender description

Warwickshire County Council is to deliver a new railway station in Kenilworth through its role as the Local Transportation Authority and in partnership with Network Rail and London Midland. The scope of the proposed contract is to: — Produce a GRIP 5 Detailed Design based on the works information and the GRIP 4 approved design provided; — Obtain all necessary design approvals and consents; — Design and manage all utility connections and diversions; — Construct the station and associated services and deliver a fully operational station facility; — Test and commission all elements of the construction in accordance with the specification and standards; — Provide as constructed information, O&M manual and Health and Safety file; — Manage and coordinate handover to Train Operating Company and Network Rail.
