Tender description

The tender is open for all suppliers who can provide IT support services to the British Council in USA (offices in Washington DC and New York) or Canada (offices in Toronto and Montreal) or support the operation in both countries. Support to include (but not limited to): — Maintenance of network and infrastructure including network support; — Technical and Security Operations; — Configuration and Change Management; — Procurement and management of IT assets; — End-User support. The requirement will be split into 2 Lots as follows: Lot 1 — USA Washington DC Office — 15 staff members, 20 workstations, usage of Dell laptops; New York Office — 13 staff members and workstations, usage of Dell laptops. Lot 2 — Canada Toronto Office — 7 staff members and 10 workstations, usage of Dell laptops; Montreal office — 2 staff members and 4 workstations, usage of Dell laptops.
