Tender description
Contract for a Management Operator for the Somerset Energy Innovation Centre (SEIC) The Management Operator will operate the Centre and Services, to include: — Facilities Management for the Centre — including grounds maintenance, operation of a cafe and meeting area, management of tenants; — Broker a range of Business Support Services for tenants and non-tenants within the low-carbon supply-chain. The aim of the Centre and Services are to promote structural change in the local economy by supporting the development of a low carbon energy and nuclear supply chain business cluster in Somerset and the South West, to support the development of Hinkley Point C, and go on to serve other UK and overseas new builds.
