Tender description
This contract is available to Jersey registered companies ONLY . Andium Homes is looking to enter into two 5 year (with option to extend) contracts with two separate contractors to proactively carry out combined landscaping and cleaning regimes to all of the specified estates within the contract (Approximately 225 estates). The two packages include: Package 1 (Area A): Supply and delivery of a combined Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Contract, including window, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Package 2 (Area B): Supply and delivery of a combined Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Contract, including window, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Each package will be assessed based on a 40% price: 60% quality Ratio. The contractors will also be subject to incentivised KPI's during the course of the contract. Keywords: Cleaning, Landscaping
