Specialist training services. E-learning services. Management-related services. The Department for Communities and Tackling Poverty of the Welsh Government (referred to as ‘the Client’) are seeking to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Managed Training Service Provider (the MSP) in order to establish a single supplier framework agreement. The MSP will fully manage identified participant training requirements of both the Communities for Work and Parents, Children and Employment Projects. The provision will operate as a Master Vendor Managed Service. The MSP will be primarily responsible for sourcing and administering a wide range of training services from the market, but they will also be able to provide a capped amount (40 %) of the training themselves should they so wish. The provision of training will be pan wales, and therefore the MSP must be in a position to undertake and source training across the whole of Wales.
