The Council is looking for a Provider who is going to help us shape and transform our information, advice and support services for carers in line with the new Act. Note: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To obtain further information record your interest on Sell2Wales at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/search/search_switch.aspx?ID=42708 Bids are invited from suitably experienced, qualified and competent Providers as well as from a group of Providers acting as a consortium, albeit such ‘consortium bids’ should make clear which organisation is taking the lead. In addition, such bids should also include details of protocols to be used in the management of activities within the team. The successful Tenderer will be awarded the Contract on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal, having regard to the price and quality of the proposals. The Council will not be bound to accept any proposal received or to award any contract pursuant to the ITT.
