Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of services to mechanical and electrical building installations, boiler systems and controls, ventilation/ air conditioning systems, industrial doors, lift installations, mansafe systems, cranes and lifting systems, kitchen equipment, water treatment, electric trucks etc. The contract involves the planned preventative maintenance, attendance to breakdowns/ repairs, carrying out occasional installation works and other minor works in connection with the installations, plant, systems, equipment and controls etc detailed which shall be carried out predominantly by a site based team of operatives employed by the contractor. The contract also includes the operation and maintenance of HTHW, MTHW and LTHW boiler systems and plant.
