Tender description
HSE invites suitably qualified service providers to submit tenders for the provision of Training & Mentoring in the application of Clinical Quality Improvement Tools & Techniques for the National Directorate for Quality improvement. The initial objective of this tender is to put in place a contractual relationship that allows the Directorate to draw down on the advice and skills of the identified consultant as required for a specified number of days per annum, anticipated as 20-30 days, but up to a maximum of 80 days per annum. It is envisaged that the consultant proposed will participate as part of a wider team of HSE personnel of specialist expertise to deliver the objectives of the application of Clinical Quality Improvement Tools and Techniques.
