Tender description

To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services as per the schedule provided by Colchester Borough Council, which will cover: 1) Air Conditioning, 2) Anchor Points, 3) Automatic Entrance Doors, 4) Blending Valves, 5) Boiler Servicing, 6) Catering Equipment, 7) Fire Extinguishers, 8) Fixed Wire and PAT Testing, 9) Generator Servicing, 10) Lift Maintenance, 11) Lightning Conductors, 12) Pressurisation Systems, 13) Trend BMS, 14) Water Ventilating, 15) Intruder and Security Alarms/Door Entry/ Emergency Lighting and Warden Call. Contractors can apply for any of the 15 Lots or can provide a managed service under Lot 16. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Air Conditioning Units owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Anchor Points owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Automatic Entrance Doors owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Thermostatic Blending Valves owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Boilers owned by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Catering Equipment owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services to all Fire Extinguishers owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services on all Fixed Wire appliance including PAT Testing on all designated items as required by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services to all Generators owned and managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Lifts owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Lightning Conductors owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Pressurisation Systems owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services for the energy management system used to monitor and control Colchester Borough Council Heating and Cooling systems. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services to ensure the water systems and all associated ductwork owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council are monitored, testing and cleaned. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all Intruder and Security Alarms/ Door Entry/ Emergency Lights and Warden Call sites owned by Colchester Borough Council. To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Services and associated repairs to all the services listed in Lots 1-15 to all sites owned or managed by Colchester Borough Council.
