Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure outreach support services to enable people, identified as requiring support, to sustain their accommodation. Tenancy Support Services whether based in the individual's own home or in temporary accommodation (such as hostels for homeless people) will provide person-centred, reliable and practical support to help people to manage their homes in different ways and increase control over their daily lives. People will be enabled to realise their full potential and to achieve maximum possible independence. The services will target people who generally need assistance and support to take part in the essential activities of daily living and to access the social, leisure and educational opportunities available to the general population.
