Tender description
Medway Council are looking to appoint a consultant to prepare a business plan to support stage 2 HLF bid for Command of the Heights. The business plan must set out all financial and organisational aspects of the Fort Amherst Heritage Trust site. It must fully asses the financial implications of Command of the Heights, how financial commitments will be met, assess the impact of the project on the current situation of the site and its finances and detail any changes to be made to ensure the outcomes of the project will be delivered and maintained in the long term.
