Tender description
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for School, College and Centre Passenger Transport Services for the borough. Lot 1 — Taxi (up to 4 passengers); Lot 2 — Wheelchair accessible taxi (up to 8 passengers); Lot 3 — People carrier (up to 8 passengers); Lot 4 — Minibus (up to 16 passengers); Lot 5 — Wheelchair accessible minibus with ramp/tail-lift (between 9-16 passengers); Lot 6 — Wheelchair accessible welfare coach with ramp/tail lift (up to 32 passengers); Lot 7 — Coaches (up to 70 passengers). Documentation and instructions are available on the NEPO portal (www.nepoportal.org). The DPS shall remain open at all time for new organisations to apply to join and any operator not yet submitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System may apply by submitting a Selection Questionnaire. The initial deadline for the 1st selection process is before 12:00 on 16.5.2016.
