Tender description

To develop a Portfolio Register to be verified by the Authority, that reflects a shared understanding of the extent of work underway. To develop a Prioritisation Decision Making Process that will be transparent and be developed through consultation and agreement with nominated Cabinet Office staff. To develop a Prioritisation Criteria that can be scored against programmes and projects to provide a prioritised view of the portfolio. The criteria will be developed with nominated Cabinet Office staff. To develop a Portfolio Management Strategy that communicates a succinct description of the vision and objectives for the portfolio. To define role descriptions for defined portfolio office roles. To develop an understanding of how portfolio management will impact the Cabinet Office operating model (Target Operating Model).
