Tender description
A range of housing and accommodation services to tenants and leaseholders of property owned by Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council primarily in the Ellesmere Port and Neston area. May also be required for property not owned by the Council. It is expected that the successful bidder will be required to provide a range of services and capital delivery projects over the lifetime of the contract such as but not limited to: — Repair and maintenance service; — Extensive and inclusive housing management services; — Management and implementation of the capital works programme and a range of wider housing sector-related projects as required by the Council.
