Tender description

Description: The demolition and removal of demolished materials off site of existing four storey and two storey office blocks, market hall and ancillary buildings to include basement, lower basement and all foundations. Demolition works shall include the breaking out and removal of associated hard and soft landscaping areas and including features such as pavements, walls, steps, ramps, railings and the like. Reinstatement works following demolition of the buildings is also included and comprises the backfilling of voids resulting from the demolition and making up levels with approved granular material; the construction of an extended surface car park with asphalt surfacing, car park bay markings and drainage; the installation of steel guardrails, kerbing and pavements to the perimeter.
