Tender description

The FMFirst system is a bespoke system which allows the Estates department to meet their business requirements for the management of task management, assets, PPM's. There have been bespoke upgrades to the system as new modules and user request for improvements have been made. The system is embedded into the PC image deployment to allow any member of staff raise electronic requests and monitoring of work raised. FMFirst is integrated with the Domestic Monitoring Tool to enable the transfer of electronic tasks raised within the DMT and update the DMT with outcomes. It is proposed that the current service agreement is extended to include an additional 3 year Service Agreement supporting proprietary bespoke FMFirst software modules, database and web server/client modules.
