Tender description

Highways England (formerly known as the Highways Agency which was part of the Department for Transport) is looking to procure Severe Weather Information Services (SWIS). Highways England's existing weather and winter related ICT services expire in 2015, and we are now looking to implement an integrated solution to deliver these requirements to replace the suite of existing services. Core ICT services include weather information services, winter reporting services and winter fleet data logging services.
