Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) wishes to appoint a demolition contractor for a period of two years. There are a number of defined projects that the successful contractor will be required to complete. The successful contractor may also be required to complete any further demolition projects identified during the contract period provided that NPH considers the contractor is capable of carrying out these projects. Tenders are invited to carry out the demolition of: ? 24 empty properties in Spring Boroughs ? Various vacant garage sites within Northampton Borough ? Additional brownfield sites over the period of the contract, to be confirmed This is a call off contract spanning two years to April 2018. Bidders are requested to provide proposals for Little Cross Street and six named garage sites and one residential site. Subject to satisfactory delivery of these projects additional demolition projects may be added to the contract during the period of the contract. The form of contract will be the National Federation of Demolition Contractors form of Direct Contract 2015. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor.
