Warwickshire Direct Partnership (WDP) is a collaboration between Warwickshire County, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough, Rugby Borough and Warwick District Councils operate a joint Customer Contact Centre which handles public and general enquiries. This procurement was to organise the provision of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which can log, monitor and manage received enquiries. The procurement process used the Crown Commercial Service's Digital Marketplace (Gov Store) to identify and directly award this contract. Following the principles of the Marketplace, the call-off has a maximum duration of 2 years. The procurement process used the Crown Commercial Service's Digital Marketplace facility (web address: https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud) to select and Direct Award to the most suitable supplier meeting the Councils service requirements. Officers used Search Terms and the provided Filters to short-list offers. Short-listed offerings were then assessed against multiple service/technical requirements which built the Award Criteria identified in the notice to obtain a final score. The highest scoring offer was awarded the contract. In-line with the Digital Marketplace instructions, the maximum duration of this agreement is 2 years.
