Customer Insight Data and Supporting Analytical Tool

Bury Council is committed to improving the health and well-being of its residents. As such Bury Council aims to ensure that their employees are well equipped to understand and meet the needs of their residents. To demonstrate this Bury Council are seeking to procure a customer insight product that utilises accurate, up to date and commercially available information to assist in the identification of needs, assets and behaviours within the community. The solution must be able to provide the following: ? Data and information which has been segmented by the supplier following demographic and socio-economic analysis by the supplier ? Data and information at a household and postcode level ? Data and information that has a focus on health and wellbeing ? Data and information on household income ? Data and information that has Bury geography coverage ? Data and information that is up to date and the latest available ? Data and information that is taken from datasets which are not currently available to Bury Council ? An in-built tool to support analysis and the production of useful reports of the above data. In addition the tool should be able to analyse and segment existing local authority owned data separately or in combination with new data sets.
