Construction Framework 4+2 Years. The Framework offers no guarantee of a minimum amount of services either by value or number of contracts. Oxford Brookes University is commencing a tender process for the establishment of Professional Services Framework for a 4+2 year period that will provide professional services in connection with the delivery of the Estates Investment Plan and other services associated with Oxford Brookes Universities estate as and when required. The framework will be structured in the following Lots covering: Lot 1 — 0 GBP-2 000 000 GBP Building Construction and Planned Maintenance Services: Smaller value building refurbishment and new build works and planned maintenance works for service infrastructure including but not limited to: boiler plants, lift refurbishment and replacements, external drainage, building systems and sustainability improvements. Lot 2 — 2 000 000 GBP to 5 000 000 GBP Building Construction: Medium value building refurbishment and new build works. Lot 3 greater than 5 000 000 GBP Building Construction. Higher value refurbishment and new build projects. Suppliers will be expected to work collaboratively with each other and with other organisations contracted to Oxford Brookes University to deliver the requirements of the Estates Investment plan works and services as required. Oxford Brookes University has awarded a number of suppliers for each of the frameworks Lots 1, 2 and 3. Applicants should note that in expressing an interest in a Lot they will be expected to deliver all of the requirements within that Lot. Those applicants interested in submitting a response to more than 1 lot should make it clear which Lot is being applied for. If submitting multiple applications covering Lots 1, 2 and 3, an applicant who is successful at the end of the award stage will only be awarded a single position on the framework to provide services for the Lots they are awarded. Oxford Brookes University will only allow a single application to be made on behalf of a Group of Companies or subsidiaries of a Parent Company.
