Tender description

Fingal Co. Co. invites expressions of interest for entry into a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Integrated Management Services for six (6) Community Facilities for a maximum duration of four (4) years. The Framework Operator will be required to: (i) Facilitate the provision of the community facilities for community use; (ii) Promote active community participation and engagement within the facilities; (iii) Ensure the facilities are operated within a community development context, that is to say, fostering community spirit and playing an active role in promoting community facilities as the hub of community activity as well as encouraging sport and well-being within the community; (iv) Work with the board of directors for each site to support the efficient operation of the facility under agreed financial budgets in terms of (1) effective use by community groups and (2) maintenance of the facilities to agreed standards.
