The provision of a stores management system for paper records

Tender description

SCC is looking for an effective store management system which will enable the delivery of the daily operational aspects of the records management service. This will include the administration of records at both box and file level, assigning store management location metadata, managing retention of records in accordance with the organisation’s retention schedules, enabling automated processes associated with issue and return of files, processes associated with the disposal of records and the provision of management and statistical reports associated with storage, issue and disposal of paper records.
