This is a Prior Information Notice which is intended to serve as an advanced notice to interested parties of possible tender activities that Hanover Housing may carry out for financial year 2016 to 2017 related to property maintenance, servicing, installation and testing. Please note this notice is classified as works however the opportunities listed below are a mix of works and services. Please note that at this stage below is a list of possible tenders; therefore Hanover Housing Association reserves the right not to carry out any or all of the tenders listed, or to utilise existing frameworks or other contractual solutions as it considers most appropriate to deliver best value.
