Tender description

Birmingham City Council invites companies to submit a tender for the leasing of 2nd hand disability adapted minibuses. The contract will be for a period of up to 12 months, commencing on 20.9.2016, with the option to extend for a period of 12 months. The tender has been broken down into the following lots: Lot 1 — Long wheelbase high roof, windowed panel van conversion; Lot 2 — Long wheelbase high roof windowed coach built conversion with drop-down step to passenger door; Lot 3 — Long wheel base high roof windowed low flat floor ramped vehicle 2 or 3 axle with lowering suspension. Each lot will be awarded to 1 provider and will not be split into further sub-lots. We will send you a log on and password so you can download the Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’). Note that the deadline to express an interest in this opportunity is noon Wednesday, 20.4.2016. Your completed ITT should be returned by noon on Wednesday, 27.4.2016 using the Supplier Portal.
