Tender description

The works will comprise cyclical redecoration and repairs of the external and internal elements. Repair and redecoration of masonry and timberwork, stonework, repairs to brickwork and concrete, balustrades, roofs, balconies and back gutters etc. and associated works, all external areas and internal common areas, window replacements where applicable, roof repairs and associated works. This is a two stage process. Interested companies should complete the PQQ documentation in full and return it by the deadline date. The top scoring 4-6 companies will be invited to Tender.
