Tender description

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services: repair, maintenance and the general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas including grass cutting,preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio and other requirements (see Scope of Requirements for further details). HIE's current requirements are now being divided in to 7 Lots to correspond with the HIE Area Offices as follows: 1 Moray. 2 Inner Moray Firth. 3 Argyll and the Islands. 4 Caithness and Sutherland. 5 Lochaber, Skye and Wester Ross. 6 Innse Gall (Western Isles). 7 Orkney. The seven contracts are being procured simultaneously, but under separate contract notices. This particular contract relates to Lot 6 Innse Gall (Western Isles). Tenderers who are interested in bidding for any of the other contracts can do so by locating the respective PCS/OJEU notices, which were all published on the same date with ‘Landscaping Services Framework’ in the contract description.
