To provide ICT infrastructure support services covering Tower 1 - End User Device (EUD) Hardware Support, of the MCA'S ICT infrastructure (Lot 1). Providing continuation of the services currently provided by Arqiva whose contract is due for expiry on 31st March 2014. The new contract will be let under the Government Procurement Service (GPS) G-Cloud/CloudStore frameworks with a call off contract term of 2 years. .
