Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a suitably experienced organisation to provide a service which will involve the provision of accommodation and support for persons being resettled to Bradford via a managed resettlement programme such as the Syrian Refugee Programme and Afghanistan Relocation Scheme. It is anticipated that the contract will start in June 2016 and will be for a period of 4 years with the option to extend by up to a further year (by the means of 2 6-month extensions) subject to the council still having need for the requirement and the performance of the supplier. All values and figures quoted are indicative only as the Council can not guarantee future requirements and levels of work that will be required. The SRP will support the resettlement of Syrian refugees in Bradford. The Contractor will be required to provide housing and wrap around support for the refugees. The ARS will support the relocation of locally engaged Ministry of Defence staff from Afghanistan. The Contract will be required to provide housing and other integration for the clients. The Council from time to time may require the delivery of other migration programmes.
