Tender description

Construction works for the redevelopment of Lancaster University's internationally renowned Management School. The new facilities will include existing, refurbished and new, purpose-built facilities of about 19 000 sqm. The contractor will also be required to undertake demolition works of redundant buildings and external works. The procurement route is expected to be 2 stage Design & Build, with the JCT form of Contract. This project aims to be delivered to BIM Level 2. The CIC protocol including the project's Employer's Information Requirements will form part of the Contract. As part of this pre-market engagement interested organisations are invited to complete a pre-market questionnaire.
