Tender description

This framework agreement is for the manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of whole complete items of Wayfinding infrastructure including poles, finger panels and map panels and their component parts, to allow for the expansion of the existing Dublin Wayfinding System. The initial contract will require the items/component parts to correspond with the dimensions, design, materials and finishes of the existing poles, finger panels and map panels. The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend by periods of one (1) year, subject to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, Dublin City Council confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.
